Odgers Berndtson is the largest executive search firm in the UK and operates at more than 60 locations in 32 countries around the world.

Their international thought leadership magazine Observe was aimed at leaders and C-suite professionals, with articles ranging from business development, executive coaching and succession planning to board effectiveness.

During my time as art director, as well as designing the magazine it was my responsibility to commission photoshoots and illustrations, finding and briefing photographers and artists in different countries to create bespoke content and accompanying imagery for interviews.

In a first for the business, the ‘Age of Disruption’ issue was distributed to premium travellers at business class lounges of airports around the world, and the accompanying app was shortlisted in the News & Business category of the Digital Magazine Awards.
